If you are not happy with your purchase we have a 14 day returns policy. We are happy to offer you a refund on condition that the item returned is unused and in its original condition. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty or the order was despatched incorrectly.
Returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we would recommend (in the event that the parcel may become lost in transit) returning the parcel recorded delivery. The cost of the returned parcel is also down to the customer.
Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange any products returned in non-saleable condition.

Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. This can take 3-5 days to appear in your bank.

Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.
